Shipping

All ZOVRYN products are made to order and shipped via USPS from Los Angeles, California.

 

Production Time: Approximately 7 business days.

USPS First Class: 3–7 business days (domestic), ~3 weeks (international).

USPS Priority: 2–3 business days (domestic), ~2 weeks (international).

 

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zovryn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping your item back.

 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@zovryn.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
